Hi, I'm Chris!
I'm a 2nd year maths student at University of Bristol. My most recent work has been tracking alumni of AI Safety Fellowships, both publicly on EA Forum and as a private contractor for Future Impact Group, Non-Trivial and Leaf. On a rogue side tangent, this summer I also did an internship with Professor Gianluca Memoli at Metasonixx.
I'm now looking for new opportunities to test my fit for other cause areas. An area that seems tractable and extremely neglected is ensuring worst-case scenario PPE Stockpiles in the UK, so I'm currently exploring this. Long-term, I'm also excited about working on AIM-style global health projects.
My other current occupation is as President of EA Bristol. On the side, I play piano, and am currently trying to get better at guitar. I also play squash and am trying to improve at swimming. Every so often you'll find me out doing photography in Bristol.
